General Anesthesia
There are times that a patient cannot efficiently cooperate with the dentist due to their young age, their special needs, or dental phobias. In these cases, and when the patients require extensive dental work, the treatment can be completed under general anesthesia.
After the treatment, the patient has no memories of the visit and all or most teeth can be treated in one appointment. Most procedures last 1-2 hours and the patient can go home after a few hours.
Treatment under general anesthesia is done at an affiliated Hospital with the presence of an Anesthesiologist for the safety of the patient.
